CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly ask that all appointments be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 20% fee of the total service cost. Thank you for respecting our time and commitment to each pet’s one-on-one care.
